"Everything is great!!"
Everything!!! The way the entire program has been thought out for the founders. The training that is provided for the doers. I love the done report that is provided to the founders. It is really all so organized. I really enjoy working with my doer Angelica. You have a great business model and work culture.

"I had my appointment set and they…"
I had my appointment set up and they canceled 10 minutes into the time we were supposed to meet. they said they sent me an email changing the time and canceling the appointment but I never got one that I saw in my inbox. I had text the woman a half hour before my appointment and she didn't say that my appointment was canceled. Apparently, they don't serve my type of business—I am a coach.

"My Outsourced Doer is a delight to work with"
My Outsourced Doer is a delight to work with. Always positive and resourceful, Gerie strove to do great work and meet my expectations. She was always on time and went the extra mile when things broke and became urgent. She was thorough and I could depend on her to meet deadlines.

Have to pay 10k just to quit the company and receive my coe. No actual help from the company, just watching you do what you can. Won't recommend. Avoid at all cost.

"outsourced doers engages in deception."
The “sales” team of outsourced doers is very aggressive in their promises. However, the overall execution on the promises is poor. The initial onboarding team (for business owners), sells you a bunch of forms and self-guided training, but minimum assistance to ensure that it is relevant to your business. Therefore you end up paying for a month of information that does NOT help you get ready to use your new hire. The sales people should only accept customers who can actually use the outsourced doers services. If this means a paid trial period, that is a better idea than how they currently onboard new clients (business owners/founders). Just to be clear, the service is $1546 per month! They lock you into a 6-month or 12-month plan, and the pre-payment options offer minimum discounts and no additional perks. The services should be available a solid 35 hours per week, regardless of holidays, (even if it means adjusting hours some weeks). You end up paying for a lot of “holiday and non-working days” so therefore you don’t have access to a consistent 35 hour work week every month. The outsourced doers model is to have you pre-pay to train someone who has no experience, and then continue to pay them to take critical time out of the work day to learn basic skills which would allow them to be productive. Your assigned customer service representative continually sends you 2-minute customer service surveys, but they take multiple days to respond to emails. After over 6 months of payments, I now have someone who is competent and efficient in basic tasks. However, it will probably take another 3-months before that individual can help me make money and begin to pay for the 9-months of payroll expenses that I made. Overall, the process that outsourced doers uses is deceptive, inefficient and costly. It is probably easier to hire someone local, and know you will have to train them. Finally, you are required to use basecamp as a communication and storage tool, but outsourced doers controls access, (and forbids the basecamp company from allowing you to create a mirrored copy on your own account/control), so you as a customer can not hold onto (or transfer) your work and communication that you have had with your assistant (and that you have PAID for, on a monthly basis. Outsourced Doers is basically holding you hostage which is unethical. As a company, I’m effectively paying for that basecamp storage area, and should have “equal owner” rights to make a copy of anything I or my assistant puts in their, so that if I or the assistant leaves, I should have access to everything that was done or said during the time I paid for the service.

"Competency"
I was paired with a competent and educated VA that has the skills and background to complete projects quickly. I did not have to do much to any training, only guidance and providing access.

"Do-er Reassignment Immaculate Process"
I am gratefully impressed with everyone who made it possible to re a sign my Doer, I prefer to call her my lovely assistant.
I did not have a very good experience with my first, my intuition told me from the beginning it was not a good match.
I am a very patient and forgiving person who has been humbled by owning multiple businesses, therefore I pay it forward the benefit of the doubt. I’m so glad I did this with all of you, and to be honest, I’m even more impressed.
Your system In place to reassign my doer was immaculate and she is amazing!
Your upfront team - my first connect call to the support I received during has been phenomenal!
I always believe in second chances, knowing that we are all dealing with humans who are on a the healing journey, whether they are aware or not. Providing this company with grace, allowing them to provide me with safety and reassurance for my reassignment, was the best thing possible!
My lovely assistant should be the billboard of prime example!
I had an expectation for the assistant, to bring their specialties to the front and help my business grow. I desired someone to help me organize and bring all of my ideas and projects to life.
I’m excited to see where the journey continues to take us!
