I can't imagine where I would be if I didn't have my amazing Doer. She has helped me to move the needle in my business more in 5 months than I have been able to do in 2 years!

She is not only a self starter, suggesting helpful ways to improve our business strategies but if she doesn’t know something or wants to make something better she searches out the answer, researching ways to make it better.Our productivity has quadrupled!

Need more responsive feedback. Doer had not been showing up, then quit. Still no update on my new doer or what happens while I have no support.

"Shady and Unethical"

I left my job with Outsourced Doers a few weeks ago after learning about their shady business practices. For starters, the Founders are under the impression that their Doers are making just under $10/hr, when really they are making $2.20/hr and are treated like dogs. OD has a company policy that Doers are not allowed to disclose to their Founders how much they really make, because the Founder would quickly realize both are being taken advantage of by OD. The Doers are not trained in the skills that OD promises the founders, this creates unrealistic expectations for the Founder and a hostile work environment for the Doer. Not to mention the disgusting sales tactics they try to push; they want you belittling and controlling the Founder into a sale. The Doers all feel unsupported and talked down on by OD. I could no longer be apart of the slave labor. I highly recommend going through a reputable VA company rather than this shady business.

I had my reservations initially but once I started the onboarding process ( which was easy) and then started working with my Doer, I knew I had made the right decision. My Doer is responsive and well trained, he saves me so much time on a daily basis. I don’t love tech either and he has helped a lot with this. Looking forward to a long and profitable relationship with my Doer.

"A Game Changer"

I’ve been working with my Doer for a few months now and I am so glad I signed up. I went through a period of quick growth and we had so much going on. My Doer joined and managed the BAU tasks that I needed taken care of. On top of that automated emails now go out to my customers and our response times are so much quicker, my Doer takes care of this and so much more for me.

"Worth the time and effort!"

The first 2 weeks were a bit shaky with my Doer, then I realised that she was just nervous. Once we got over the initial bumps, things improved, we got my first funnel up and running and sales calls dropping into my calendar! I am so happy that I invested the money and time because now I have more time to do what I should be doing in my business.

"All they want is credit card info with no contract!"

I had a call a few weeks ago to go over hiring a VA. I was pushed very heavily to giving my credit card over the phone. I asked to be contacted in a few days and in the meantime to send me the contract for review. The person I spoke with refused to give me a contract and only was interested in receiving payment. When I emailed her to say I would refuse to pay until I received a contract she quit responding to me. This is a HUGE issue especially when you’re getting asked to pay $9k. What a joke.

"Very rude consultants that just want your money but doesn’t want to answer questions"

I booked a free consultation call to see how they can help me with my business. One of their consultants called. I believe her name was Katie or Kathy. I asked basic questions about the services and what they were. The consultant told me I was wasting her time because I didn’t come to her with a specific business problem. I asked what makes you guys different from other outsource companies and she said she can’t help me with that and to look at the website. They were very rude to customers just trying to get information and kept saying to “again why didn’t you look at our website before the call?”

I asked how they are using AI in outsourcing and she said she does not have that information.

She then hanged up the phone on me before I can say anything else. Honestly, she felt like a scam caller… which makes sense cause this feels like a scam company. I really don’t know who would be stupid enough to use their services, but I sure do feel bad for that sucker.

I never jumped on a call with a company that accused a client of wasting their time. I have nothing good to say about them and will never use their services.

I would DEFINITELY say AVOID them at ALL cost. There’s WAY more professional outsourcing companies than this. They act like they’ve got some secret sauce but really phillipino outsourcing firms are a dime in a dozen. My advice is to RUN!
