What made my experience great was the match that was made in providing my virtual assistant. She has been amazing and has helped tremendously to move the company forward to the point where we are now. She has taken the time and made every effort to learn about and support the company's needs.

I would not have been able to find a VA like mine by myself. She is amazing and all the admin tasks related to the hire is taken care of by the company.

"The first month was really a five star"

The first month was really a five star, however in the second month there were way to many days my doer was without enough internet to keep good communication , causing breakdown in communication.
Then within a 7 day period he was only available to work 1 day & this was during a launch.
And he suddenly is without camera. For me I need to see the expression on someone’s face in order to see if they are confused or understand . He has a tendency to say yes when the real answer is no, when asked if he understands. Then things need to be redone.

Love our doer. She is a great fit. Not that happy with the company besides that. Lots of mistakes and miscommunication regarding what our services will be. Sales team were good but it seems the things that were said was misleading. Disappointed with the service as we were always under the impression we would have more help and 1:1 coaching not sharing our stuff in a group as we like to be private.

This has been such a wonderful experience! I am so grateful that everything is held to such a high caliber of work and expectations on all sides. My Doer has been amazing and he is stuck with me forever!

I have thoroughly enjoyed working with our Doer and am so grateful to OD for helping train her and get her started with our team. Her value to the team is immeasurable and everyone really likes having her to lean on in crunch times. I know we would not be where we are as a company if it weren't for our Doer. Making the decision to hire her 6 months ago was the best decision we've made as a company.
Sometimes I feel guilty that we aren't utilizing her full skillset and training (some of those skills don't fit our specific business model), but her contribution to our business and our team is beyond worth it.

My first "Doer" didn't work out, and I'm waiting for them to find me another "Doer". The transition is lacking personal communication. I'm hopeful that the next phase will go more smoothly. The initial onboarding experience was great, especially because I got a lot of training myself, which I needed.
