Doer is kind. Company is deceptive.

"I had an appointment to talk with them…"

I had an appointment to talk with them at 10am on Monday 15th of May. At 10:00am no one called at 10:05 I was canceled because I own a Energy Healing Business. I let them know this when I signed up. I took time out of my schedule for this meeting and they will not even talk to me. I feel very disappointed and disrespected. I would not recommend this company!

After several weeks of review I have been promised a full refund which dose come with some relief, however I haven't received it yet.

The sales rep “struck me a deal” that I could try two months of their service. At no point did he mention that would be paying for a month of “onboarding” for the doer. Therefoe I was mislead about what I would be getting AND they charge you before giving you a contract so there is no way to know this. When I tried to fight it, they pointed out it was in the contract… and refused to work with me.

The actually doer was good. I don’t have complaints about her, just the company.

"Avoid This Company"

The VA provided by this company was dishonest and unqualified. For example, he admitted to fabricating the loss of his laptop to justify taking time off from work. He spent days on a dns verification task that should have taken hours. He spend most of an 8-hour day "monitoring" an existing website for hacks (?) while doing no other tasks. When flagged, the company said that it would escalate the matter, respond and remediate. In a conversation with the VA's supervisor, we were assured that this would be done within 24 hours. We heard nothing. We terminated the contract for cause, and withdrew our authorization to continue to charge our credit card. The company charged the card anyway. We are initiating a fraud complaint. We have extensive written and audio documentation. This is a company that is way out of integrity. Avoid them.
