Plumbing Care Services installed a new boiler for me. From first contact with PCR on 5th October to recieving a quote, and an installation date the job was completed in only nine days.

The work carried out is fantastic with no snags & even at the eleventh hour when I asked for the supply of Hive smart radiator thermostatic heads this was no problem & these should be in situ next week.

All waste materials & old boiler were removed & the work area was left as it was when they arrived all cleaned up.

I have no hesitation in recommending Plumbing Care Services & will be inviting them back for the boilers annual service.

I received a prompt reply to my query regarding a non-urgent issue, they were able to be flexible regarding appointments as I work full time during the week, and the plumber Paul was efficient and able to explain things and answer any queries I had.
