We have a specialised heating system so we were apprehensive that we would find a good plumber that would be able to help when we found ourselves without hot water. We needn’t have worried, from my initial call to Ellen and visit from engineer Paul, the service was exceptional. Paul even came back late one evening to fit the required part. The whole experience was friendly and professional and the cost was reasonable too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Our 15 year old boiler broke on Friday evening. I emailed Paul and had a response at 11.30 that night. He phoned Saturday morning, visited later that day and provided a fixed price quote to replace the boiler. Work completed by Tuesday afternoon.

Amazing service from this company from initial contact to completion of job. I called them in to solve a problem with my elderly father's heating system. They moved furniture to access pipes and put everything back in place (not a plumbing job!). Informed us what they were doing every step of the way so my Dad was aware of what was going on.
