We recently relocated from Serbia to London and needed to transport our cat, Loki. After spending a lot of time researching the least stressful way for him to travel, I’m so glad I chose this company—their service was impeccable.

Mira, our agent, was absolutely fantastic—so friendly and supportive. She stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process, answering all my (many!) questions with patience and professionalism. Mira provided us with all the necessary travel documents and went above and beyond to make everything work seamlessly.

Due to my circumstances as a Russian citizen, I couldn’t travel with Loki directly (I had a tourist visa to France and couldn’t use my UK visa for entry there). Thankfully, Petmovesabroad made it possible to transport Loki without me. I met Simon, the driver, at the airport, and he was the nicest person—clearly a true animal lover. I felt completely at ease leaving Loki in his care.

Simon sent me regular updates and photos of Loki during the trip, which was incredibly reassuring. Even when they faced an issue with Loki’s vet passport (it was issued in Serbia), Simon swiftly resolved it by arranging a new EU pet passport in no time.

My husband met Loki in London, and I’m happy to report that he arrived in great condition. Although he’s still adjusting after the long journey (Belgrade–Zagreb–Paris–London), we’re confident he’ll settle in just fine. I’m particularly glad we chose to have him transported by land for the final leg of the trip, as it felt like the most humane option.

Thank you, Petmovesabroad—especially Mira and Simon! It’s such a relief to see people who are passionate about what they do and execute it so flawlessly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for Loki’s relocation.

She provide great confidence that the trip would be handled properly - and it was! Simon was a fantastic driver. He was prompt, friendly, interesting to speak with and he was expert at navigating the process as we boarded Le Shuttle in Folkstone. I highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again on our return trip.

"Wow… coming of a long haul flight with…"

Wow… coming of a long haul flight with our dog was so stressful. As soon as we met Kevin at the airport everything was all perfect. I was worried about what I could feed my dog after the flight and Mira and Kevin kindly even picked up some dog food so our dog was able to eat straight after the plane. Great chats and laughs with Kevin the whole way though.. I couldn’t recommend them enough!
