From the very beginning of my inquiry, Mira's replies were timely, reassuring, and complete. In addition, we needed to move the travel several times, and she was flexible and accommodating. it's nerve-wracking to travel for the first time with a little pet, and Mira's team made everything run smoothly. I got the driver's details in plenty of time to text back and forth, the pickup location was easy to find, the pickup was on time, the car was spacious and comfortable, the driver was friendly, reassuring, and relaxed. Pippa was very impressed. He knew the paperwork inside and out, he understood our little dog's stopping needs, and we were delivered home in record time an with a real personal touch. Mira and team made it so easy that I feel like I may do it regularly. I recommend them without reservation; I'd give them more than five stars if I could They are just what you want in a pet delivery organization.

I had a wonderful experience with this company.
My cat and I moved from Germany to the U.K., which could have been a complicated mess, but instead was extremely smooth and trouble-free!
I was picked up at my door at 8am by our lovely, friendly and very helpful driver Simon. He knew the whole process inside out, and was great with my cat.
The van was very comfortable and on the trip and we even arrived early to our destination!

"Absolutely perfect"

Absolutely perfect - We arranged a transfer from Brighton down to Paris Orly to catch a flight with our Winnie. We were looking to do this as cost effective as possible so opted to drive through the night in order to catch our morning flight. Mira was excellent organising the whole transfer and was so communicative. Our driver Simon was great! He was on time and got us to our destination in no time. Definitely definitely recommend!

They were extremely communicative and made the process very easy leading up to the trip. Kevin was an incredibly competent driver and his experience with the Euro Tunnel helped get us on an early scheduled train and arrive home with my dog ahead of time! "Brilliant cat relocation"

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I had from Pet Moves Abroad from start to finish. My partner and I were relocating to Bergen in Norway from Liverpool and I needed to figure out a complicated trip via CDG so I could travel with my cat. I got advice from the team about booking a pet friendly hotel at the airport and about how to harness-train my cat before we travelled for a bit of extra security in transit.

Pet Moves Abroad was very reasonably priced compared to sending my cat on her own with a cat transport company, where she would have had to stay in kennels for at least two nights and would have travelled in the hold of the plane from the UK. Going by pet taxi to France meant I could travel with my cat in every part of the journey and also meant that we didn't need to go via animal entry in Oslo and then get another flight to Bergen.

My journey with the lovely driver Jovan could not have gone more smoothly. He picked me up from Euston, helped get our papers sorted at the border, then delivered us directly to our hotel. I can't recommend the service highly enough. My cat is settled and happy in her new home and had a calm, safe trip.

"Two Americans with Jet-Lag and cats - great trip!"

This was our first time moving our cats, and our driver, Simon, immediately put us at ease. He communicated with us in advance, let us know he was on his way, and arrived a few minutes early. And that was just the start!

Simon spoke fluent English, drove professionally, and knew all the border crossing procedures without hesitation. He was also very nice to talk to during the trip. Just think - two nervous Americans with jet-lag, and he was very calming and reassuring.

I can not imagine a better experience taking two cats from Paris to London. I highly recommend Petmovesabroad!

"Great Service on our Journey and Beyond."

PetMovesAbroad was wonderful from the very beginning to the end of journey and beyond. After requesting a quote, they got back to me right away. Paul was super knowledgeable and helped answers questions leading up to my travel dates. Dave met me and Moony in Paris and we had a smooth drive all the way to our new home in the UK. It was obvious at pet checkpoints and the Eurotunnel that this trip is second nature to these guys. Moony was allowed out of his carrier to sit snuggled up with me which made the ride much nicer for everyone. Paul also helped with some additional paperwork needs on the backend. Overall, couldn't recommend enough!
