I loved everything from the very beginning since when I contacted you all, the whole process, the help and fast support that I received when my flight got cancelled (the goodwill gesture allowing me to pay the shuttle ticket only instead of everything again) till my arrival in Folkestone!

This travel wasn’t in my plans. I just went to Portugal to spend some time with my relatives for 2 weeks but I met Senna (the cat) in the Azores Islands (Terceira Islands).

This poor boy was really in bad shape and I couldn’t be indifferent to that. I decided to take him to the vet, I neutered him, he took the rabies vaccine and I extended my time in Portugal because of him.

Luckily, I found your company in the internet with so many good reviews, so I decided for it!
