Chris came today to service my hot tub. It was an annual 12 month service and Chris was great in advising me how to look after my hot tub, and some great tips, how to clean my filter.
Chris is a five star engineer and is really learning his trade. Well done Chris.

"We have had the hot tub for less than a…"
We have had the hot tub for less than a year and it has broken twice by over heating. It had gone up to 42 degrees ( obviously not good with the cost of electricity) and didn't even cut off which is a concern as I was told that it should cut out at 40. First time the main control panel was replaced and they blamed it on a possible power surge and replaced it with an upgraded version. It lasted about 4 months and it happened again, this time they just said we were 'unlucky'. They replaced control panel again but then we were left with a Flo error message. Now waiting for the heater to be replaced! We've had no use of the tub now for over 2 weeks so will probably need emptying and refilling ( which is not cheap) the customer aftercare is basically if you pay us £299 we will service it so it then gets another years warranty on main parts. How can you not have extra warranty when it hasn't lasted longer than about 5 months each time. Cost a lot of money for something that just keeps breaking, ( and costing us more money ) we bought it as a treat for ourselves but wish we had not bothered.

This company fitted my heat pump and when hot tub was turned on the fitters said our hot tub pump was faulty they wanted to charge over £700 to fit a new one
I rejected that got another company to come and fit one at a cost of £350
Then once fitted it was found that the heat pump was not fitted properly one valve which should have been turned on was in fact turned off this was the problem and not my hot tub pump also flexi pipe work was fitted and it should have been a solid pipe work
They left rubbish inside my hot tub which they should have taken away
I am now starting legal action against this company
Use at you peril nothing but a waste of time and money
