SCAM .. Ordered 2 weeks ago still not received my item. I've tried calling email messages got absolutely no response... Don't understand how they have good reviews, you can't get hold of them shop elsewhere!

I recently ordered a lambswool scarf (STAG ONE) from Edinburgh Cashmere, and I couldn’t be happier! The scarf was incredibly soft and absolutely beautiful..To my surprise, they mistakenly sent me two scarves instead of one. When I called to inform them of the error, their response was beyond kind. They thanked me for my honesty and told me to keep the extra scarf as a gift, a gesture that truly touched me. :)))))

Bought 2 scarfs, cashmere and lambswool each. They look alright but the cashmere one was not even in any kind of packaging. It was just shoved inside the Royalmail package while the lambswool one was at least put inside a plastic bag. Gone extra mile to save the Earth I guess.
