"Disappointing"

Their website states guaranteed delivery on all orders placed before the 22nd of December. I placed mine on the 12th, it was dispatched on the 18th but has never been delivered.
I tried calling them, emailed and also send a message on FB. Still no reply. Almost a month since placing the order.

The item is very beautiful, the only thing i would have added was some kind of package apart from the plastic one of the shipment. If it had broken during the shipment, the blanket would ha mve been damaged.
