I basically had a very good experience with Rent4Sure - there were a few repeat requests by email for the same information but every time i talked to someone on the telephone they cleared it up. The most helpful person i spoke to was Mark in the broadband section: he was unbelievably patient and understanding, taking the time to find just the right deal for me and always with the utmost friendliness. The stress of getting all the documents together, showed bank statements and paypal receipts for proof of self employed income, and this is not good enough, We have a guarantor, good reference from landlord, spent hours getting the paperwork to them for them to drag their heals, Agents are a nightmare too, will be leaving them a big fat zero review, coursed aour family so much stress before xmas really bad company do not use them.
