Initial experience was a little daunting as they require a lot of information, but there was nothing out of the ordinary - having recently rented through another letting agency, I was prepared this time. Some people will be put off by the info required but to be honest this is about as easy as you are gonna get nowadays!

The checks were completed in under 1 working day which was a welcome surprise. The next week Chris called me up about setting up the internet and we got it ordered on that same day (even with a little discount).

To summarise: Easy to Use, Quick, Helpful. Would recommend.

I was asked to be a guarantor and I was contacted by rent4sure. I felt the information I was being asked for was over kill and incredibly intrusive. I wasn't asked for this kind of personal information when I applied for a mortgage. And, from a company, rent4sure, I'd never heard of. I called rent4sure and spoke to a barrow-boy type who kept calling me mate. The alarm bells started ringing. I hung up and called the renting agent and asked how do I know if my information is safe. The agents referred me to this page. The first three reviews made me even more suspicious. Alarm bells are sounding louder and louder. Dodgy! dodgy! dodgy!
I feel sure this review will be deleted as soon as they see it. Hopefully some people may be warned.

"Absolutely terrible"

Absolutely terrible, they require so much information just to rent a place and it seems as if they are looking for ways not to give the premises out for rent.
If you have a guarantor they will get put off, they ask for payslips, then confirmation letter from their manager to state they are working there, even after that they send another email with questions for the manager to complete, so the confirmation letter was pointless and no manager has time to be going back and forth.
You are better dealing with the MI6
