Part took a little time to get but that wasn't your fault because it was coming from MFG. and I was told lead time and it came in exactly when I was told it would be. Currently rating 1 star, I placed my order 4 weeks ago and to be fair was told there would be a 4-5 week lead time (which frankly is a little absurd for two padlocks). Now 4 weeks later I have gotten zero updates on the status of my order but have gotten multiple requests to review my order. So fine! Here you go! My nothing I have received and lack of communication so far sucks.
