"The BEST dogfood ever!!"

This is the first dogfood that my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel ever ate without putting up a fuss!! She is a very picky eater but this food has actually helped her lose extra weight, has made her much more active, and I feel like she is a 9 yr old “puppy” again!! I always knew raw was better but had a totally different impression of what “raw” meant so was SO pleased it came in a freeze dried form and she eats it “right out of the bag” with no liquid or refrigeration needed! Thank you so much!

"Bunker & Mulligan"

My two dogs appear to have so much more energy and be so much happier. I can tell they feel better. They are not sleeping so much either. My westie, Bunker, will soon be 13 years old, and my fox terrier/beagle mix, Mulligan, just turned 10. Both are in excellent health thanks to you, Dr. Marty.

"My dog loves this dog food"

My dog loves this type of dog food. I just wished the bag was bigger. I do dupplement with a dry dog food to stretch it out for a month. Her teeth are cleaner, no more bad breath.

"Dogs love the food, but it's outrageously expensive and a rough customer service experience is imminent"

I believe the food has its merits, but I have to say that it's far too expensive. Great concept, dogs love it, but if I fed the dogs the way it's prescribed then it would cost me over $1000 per month to feed my two golden retrievers.

Customer service is rough. They say they'll get back to you within 24-72 hours (yikes). They send an automated message back saying you can use other support mediums like a chat bot, but they don't have one that appears on their website, so um, maybe you should get one up and running.

The food is something the dogs do like, but I have to just use it as a topper for them because it's too expensive and we can't afford to feed them just this food because it would literally cost over $1000 per month. So I'm not really sure it's worth it if we still have to mix in other foods with this which incurs an additional expense.

Shipping can be rough, there are some hiccups there for sure. Service is paramount when you're charging exorbitant fees like they do, so they definitely need to work on that in order to become a sustainable business.

All in all, if you have a small dog that doesn't eat much, then this may be a solid solution. If you have more than 1 dog and/or large dog(s) then you may want to keep looking if you haven't established a huge monthly budget to purchase this product.

"I have purchased the Salmon Squeekis…"

I have purchased the Salmon Squeekis Delight several times for my cat. This particular purchase was different than the rest. I placed a few pieces of the Salmon on the floor and my kitty started to eat them. As she was trying to chew one piece she cracked her back tooth!
I have a photo of the broken tooth and the salmon on the floor. Checking the food inside the bag i found that the Salmon pieces were rock hard. So hard, i could not break it with a knife. I tried calling Dr. Marty's and it took 45 minutes for someone named Janna to answer. They refunded me but didn't give a damn about my cats broken tooth and the rock hard pieces in Lot number 20 LOAA. Stay away from this company. All they care about is your order.$$

"Not a trustworthy supplier for your pet's food"

Food is good but as many reviewers here have stated, fulfillment and customer service is horrible. I have been trying to get my order fulfilled for almost 2 weeks. Ordered 4 bags. Received 1. Called customer service a couple of times and got the runaround - “it’s on the pallet now,” “it’s being processed now” - each time stating that it would be shipping out in 24-48 hours but… nothing. It’s not a great feeling not knowing if you’re going to be able to get your dog’s food, especially as it’s running low. There is no transparency about their pet food supply and availability. I have asked, is this out of stock? Please just tell me so I can make other arrangements for my dog’s food. But have been assured that they have the food. So where is it? Why hasn’t it shipped? I had subscribed to the service a couple of years ago and canceled for the same reason. Thought maybe they had gotten it together by now, but I was wrong. I am now transitioning my dog to a more reliable food source.

"They send food close to the expiration…BEWARE"

They send food close to the expiration date if you order online. Must check the BB date yourself.

The customer service is horrible. They had the nerve to tell me the date on the package was the manufacturing date. Wow. SO the cat food I received was made in the future huh? Truly horrible experience. Extremely rude too.

For this price point, the whole experience should have been much better.

"Food is not shipped"

My dog loves this food over commercial. Unfortunately, it is very expensive and DOES NOT ARRIVE. I am charged for the food but this is the third time that the food does not arrive. Customer service takes days to connect. All I get are promises that it will arrive. Or shipping was not processed right, we are working on stock, etc. I do not accept excuses. I'm out quite a bit of money with no dog food.
