"I have been trying to get someone at…"
I have been trying to get someone at the company to cancel my subscription. I can’t call during their business hours! I have sent 2 messages over the past week and have still to get an answer. My dog has decided she doesn’t like this food anymore. I would also like to get a refund for the 6 bags I have purchased recently. Someone please contact me!

"Personally concerned and involved professional?"
I have a 15 going on 16 rat terrier with missing teeth. He will eat Dr. Marty's Nature's Blend as a topper. I called the Customer service # the other day to ask if there is any information from a Vet. associated with the company about whether the food, if served daily, can be too rich for older dogs' systems. The cust. svc. rep. said she had no information available on that topic, so I asked if there were someone else associated with the company that I could speak with at some time? She informed me that Dr. Marty is the only person associated with the company that has any type of certification - either vet tech or other veterinary training.
I have to say that disclosure not only took me aback, but has made me rethink whether I want to continue funding this company. It just made me think of a hands-off, convenient for $-making passive income purposes. I don't think that my ? is that specific or narrowly targeted, and why wouldn't they have at least one knowledgeable individual who can answer/look into issues available for consumers who pay a considerable amount for the product? It just makes me feel a bit hinky about the persona Dr. Marty projects to pet owners vs. reality.

"My cat got very sick on Dr"
My cat got very sick on Dr. Marty's freeze dried food. Cost me hundreds in Vet bills. My cat developed serious gastrointestinal problems and almost died. He had "haws" as well as a symptoms. the third eyelid covered a portion of his eyes.

"Ordered the food a while back"
Ordered the food a while back. Loved the fast delivery, dogs lived IT!! Tried to oder this evening the price showed 110$ for food an treat they offered at The end. I paid with PayPal to be safe (as always) and my bill was 200$ you can't get ahold of anyone. I'm so disappointed. If it isn't handled I will be forced to find yet another food they will eat. It's not good business practices to not be honest and easy to get ahold of. Will be my last order sadly.

"Customer Service is Horrible"
Customer Service is Horrible! Food is good I guess. There are plenty out there to choose from that are equally as good or better. It is not worth the customer Service hassle to buy this food any longer. What a headache to try to communicate with them, only to receive the same tired bot email back several times. I had to go out of town and my SIL was watching the dogs and I needed to update my auto-delivery. I did not get any help except a script of how to reset the password, which I stated in the email I had tried every action. Then they told me I was not set up with an acct. So how do I have an account set up in my password bank that brings me right to the logon screen, get countless emails about my account and not to mention, I am on an auto-delivery, that I have logged in to change before. I cancelled my auto subscribe and ordered the Farmers Dog. Life is too short to deal with BS.

"RECALL NEEDED"
It seems that Dr Marty's opened a second manufacturing plant.
My dog totally rejects any batches made in that plant.
She loves the food made in their original facility.
They need to get control this quality problem.
Their Customer Service seems to be aware of the problem. They need to recall all product made at this second plant...

"Extreme and Constant Diarrhea"
My dog was suffering from extreme diarrhea. He was prescribed metronidazole 250 mg every 12 hours for 7 days and then a repeat for another 7 days. He underwent some tests to make sure none of his organs were is trouble and every test was negative. Later he was prescribed tylosin 100 mg every 12 hours. The diarrhea stopped after the 1st pill but he began to have softer and softer poops as time went by. The vet also insisted on prescribing special food which consisted of kibble but upon reading the ingredients and him flatly refusing to eat it I decided to slowly introduce him to Natures blend. He has been on it now for a couple of months and although he still has some soft stools, they are now well formed and I believe he has improved a lot. The only problem for us is although this pet food is produced in Canada, it is then shipped to California and when I buy it, I have to pay in American dollars and then pay for (GST) sales tax to the Canadian government. I have purchased it from Amazon and also took advantage of your half price sale but that is when the Canadian government decided I had to pay the tax. I do NOT want to stop buying it for my little guy. He is a 25 pound standard Chihuahua. It is just extremely expensive. I sure wish you had a provider in Ontario Canada who could supply it at a more reasonable cost. My veterinarian told me not to feed Ricki anything other than the prescribed kibble but Natures Blend seems to be filling his needs so much better. Thank you for being such a great veterinarian.
Sincerely,
Suzanne

"Don't need monthly shipments"
I like the idea, my yorkie is very picky. Some times she eats it, sometimes not..I try wet and dry....I have had two bags delivered. However, I don't need it every month.
