I recently had the pleasure of attending an online training session with Tom Beckett on how to use Atlas Citation features effectively. I can't speak highly enough of the experience! Tom was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire session engaging and easy to understand.

We’re still in the early stages of our contract with Citation, but our experience so far has been excellent. As a business, we lack in-house expertise in Health & Safety and HR, and these areas can become major distractions from our core operations. Citation has provided invaluable support, allowing us to focus on what we do best.

Abbie has been fantastic in helping us get set up on the HR side, and Sarah has provided equally strong support for Health & Safety. Any minor issues we've encountered have been addressed swiftly and efficiently, which reassures me that Citation is genuinely committed to delivering ongoing value—not just securing a contract and moving on, as some providers do.

Cold calling sales people very pushy even when DIRECTLY told I am not interested, I only stayed on the phone to make sure he got the point otherwise I would get another phone later.
