Had our first site visit with Richard Pearce. Richard was very thorough and pointed out where we can make improvements. This is our first support visit and our first impressions are very good.

I rang Citation looking to make up teams for training. Tom Beckett took the call and we ended up sharing screens, as he took me through running reports. He was very good but it was all so fast, I missed some detail. Tom said he would send me a recording of our session, I got notification of the recording but sadly could not view it. I will return to this subject again very soon and I will have a better understanding when I speak with the help team again.

Christian warden visited our company today for our Citation visit. Very pleased with visit as Chris was very knowledgeable and gave me good advice.

We had our first Health & Safety visit at our new unit today, lovely man called Richard Pearce. He was great! Very informative and very supportive with things that we need to do. Look forward to seeing him again next year!
