Tom answered the call and this turned into a zoom shortly after when he realised that I did not set up things correct , he explained that it would be better for me to gain the understanding if we shared the screen. Tom was so helpful and made the whole process easy to understand . He resolved my issue within 20 mins , thank you Tom .
