I've called the support line a few times over the last few days with a query, the previous people just spoke at me like I should know what I'm doing and didn't help me! However Marie was amazing today, she listened to what my issue was and spoke me through what I needed to do without rushing me. Marie was a star and resolved my issue in a few minutes!

VERY persuasive salesman, actually pushy would be a better way of describing him. Told 'just try it for 3 years' at NO point was a 6 MONTH minimum notice disclosed, not only that, but if you miss this (30days notice is plenty, and actually for a fixed term agreement even this is unnecessary) you are tied in for another 3 YEARS! We can't just give 6 months notice now, so are stuck for another 3 years?! Asked if we could speak to the complaints department only to be told 'they won't investigate it as a complaint as you signed the agreement'.

Completely unreasonable T's & C's.

We have had zero email correspondence from them since we signed the agreement in Jan 2022, at no point were we asked how the service is, or anyone checked in to let us know about the notice required. We were conned in to a 6 year contract when we expected it to be 3. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Awful, lying about their Trustpilot ranking in SPAM emails which we are still getting despite requesting to be removing from mailings that we never signed up to - they don't even have our company time right

We at Paytently have only been using the Citation platform for a short space of time but so far I have been impressed. The team have been extremely helpful and engaging throughout the onboarding process, particularly Lindsay Nieroba and Tom Beckett.
