Suzie Pattern, visited the Butterfly's Care Home in Colchester to conduct the annual H&S review of the home. Suzie was very helpful throughout her visit and put Frazer at ease, as he is used to dealing with men in regards to these audits. I found her to be very knowledgeable, polite and friendly during her stay.
