Tom was friendly and informative. He helped me navigate the menus and sort out the issue I had. No guess work just knew where to go and what to do.

Poor and slow communication. Customer experience- staff work from home and you can tell. Hear the back ground noises of a running home. You send an email in and even if you title it 'urgent' they do not get back to you for days and if you reply for further information you wait days again. Would not recommend.
