Unfortunately I had to chase for a response but once picked up by Darell he did a great job and sorted out the issue out immediately.

"PREDATORY COMPANY - DO NOT USE"

They have a great sales team that will lure you into signing up for a long time, giving you security and peace of mind and all that sales pitch.
Don't have an issue with that actually so bought into a 3 year contract which we were happy with.
On the face of the contract it clealy says 36 month term...
Pay attention to para 2(c) in the T&C's where it then states that while it is a 36 month contract, if you don't give 6 months notice of cancellation before the end of the 36 months you are then in for another 36 months!
What happended to the 36 month term I signed up for??
You cannot get out of the contract, only option is to pay the full amount or maybe they will give you a 25% discount.
They are unashamedly predatory on people because they do NOT at any point in time mention the notice period, they know exacly what they are doing by hiding it in the T&C's, otherwise they would just put it on the front of the contract where it is easy to see and people understand exactly what they are in for.
Why do you need to give 6 months notice, surely for this type of service 1 month is more than sufficient?? Predatory.

Why do they still charge for the full contract when no services will be performed?? Greedy and Predatory
You can't tell me that they need the money to cover costs because the primary costs in their business are people and I can guarantee you that the people working for them do not have 36 month notice periods in their employment contracts, I would imagine more like 30 days.
So, I am closing my business and have to pay a lump sum to exit. I asked for the lump sum to be calculated, it was sent to me, it was wrong. I asked for it again, it was sent and it was wrong again, I have now found out that they have been charging me incorreclty for the last 36 months, I have queried it and......silence!!
Because Citation is a process driven business I am thinking that they have done the same to others and my query has highlighted the fact that they have billed extra to many clients in error, the webste says they have 50,000 clients..
DO NOT SIGN UP WITHOUT UNDERSTANDING THE T&C'S. CITATION WILL PROVIDE YOU ADVICE BUT THEY WILL SINK THEIR PREDATORY CLAWS INTO YOU AS WELL.
I have noticed that they have been exposed in the press about this previously, if you look at all the 1 star reviews it will be a similar thread.
Q : if a company receives 5% of their ratings as a 1 star review and the reviews are all complaining about the same thing back many years then would you not change that thing..???
A : Absolutely - except if you were going to make loads of money out of it and prey on your clients.

We had our H&S inspection which was done by Kevin Forth. Kevin was very knowledgeable and gave us some great tips. We will definitely use Kevin in the future.

We had our annual Health and Safety visit from Glenn, our consultant, this week. We always find these visits really helpful as he is so knowledgeable and keen to help us to maintain a gold standard of H&S. If only the rest of Citation were as efficient, but this rating is for his visit alone.

I was nervous about the Atlas training as I'm not the most confident when it comes to tech, but Marie was fabulous, patient and knowledgable. Marie went through all that I needed to know as well as answering my questions, her confidence, gives me confidence to be able to use Atlas. And to know I'm just a click or call away from help, is very reassuring.

"Citation Support Team"

Had to contact the support team at Citation for general assistance and had a teams meeting with Tom Beckett who help me with an issue I was experiencing. Tom was very helpful and talked me through a resolution to fixing my issue.
