"Worst campany"

Worst campany. Would never recommend, have been issued with 11k to pay by 25th October. However contacted them trying to arrange a payment plan, in july . I have missed a few payments due to been in hospital and diagnosed with a couple of illnesses and then having to play catch up with my bills. Their threatening behaviour and bully boy tactics has really put a sour taste in my mouth. They really don't care, I haven't used the service for years. I don't know where to go.
