"Friendly, efficient service"

I contacted Citations today to discuss updating a document. Steven Payne took the call, he took time to explain what information was required, enabling me to make the changes quickly. Very friendly and efficient service.

If I could choose 0 stars, I would. Set up with these guys on what I thought was a 2 year contract, with renew, if wanted. Said they would help with all things H&S and also SMAS. Had an over the phone chat re: H&S policies and got sent the generic online policies for me to amend. Chased in excess of 6 months for SMAS to literally get nowhere! Told them I was cancelling and refused to pay anymore. Heard nothing more from them until a letter from the courts to say they had issued a CCJ for £14,500 against me. Turns out I had signed 8 years of my life away to Citation (there was no mention of this when I initially signed up). Numerous calls and emails to sort this, no one responds. Even the solicitors dealing with it can’t get anyone to call or email me. Absolutely fuming with this service. I would suggest that you avoid at all costs. Wish I read the reviews on here before going further with them 😩
