"I’ve ordered a quite expensive perfume…"

I’ve ordered a quite expensive perfume from this company just before the New Year and was expecting a delivery early January. They dispatched the order and during the transportation to the UK the content (perfume) was stolen by the courier they use (DHL) so I was received an empty box. After contacting them to resolve the problem they keep promising me that they will solve it as they are waiting for DHL a reply... This situation lasts longer than a month now and I had no replacement or a refund. Horrible customer service, avoid using them as they are not taking any responsibility!

Seit ca 2 Jahren Kundin bei ALzD. Bei jeder Bestellung besonders liebevolle Verpackung und bewußt ausgesuchte Samples. Selbst zum 31.12. Wurde alles innerhalb von einer Woche abgewickelt. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und empfehle ALZD jederzeit weiter.

Die Kartendaten wurden kurz nach Bestellung gestohlen.

"Ordered some samples on December 2nd"

Ordered some samples on December 2nd. Haven't received any info about the estimated time of the arrival or anything regarding shipping until I've sent an email on the 6th. They said it will be 8 to 10 days. Then on the 11th I got an email saying one item of the five I've ordered is not in stock. (Why could I order it in a first place?). They've asked if I want to wait for it to come back in stock or change it. Waiting time was supposed to be 14 days. Still nothing.
PS. Can't say though, customer service is at least very fast in their answers although pretty illiterate.
