Was made to feel at ease and the process and options were explained very well, clear and concise whilst making sure that i understood everything throughout the process. I cannot thank the staff enough for the help and support offerred in extremely difficult circumstances and the difference it has made just knowing that they are there to help throughout and the relief knowing that my finances are now manageable and not having to worry about creditors chasing payments.

Right from the start Tommy was unbelievable. Talked me through everything perfectly. Re explained things I didn’t understand, explained the pros and cons to what suited me. Never pressured or tried to push me one was or anything. Very friendly felt like I knew the person on the other side of the phone. Made it feel personal and genuinely wanted to help me and my situation. Explained a person thing similar to me and made me feel comfortable and to be honest relaxed about a scary situation. Couldn’t be happier and more thankful to Tommy for everything!
