Called the number on monday this week. By friday everything was approved and dealt with. Soreena was dealing with my case. I called to enter into a trust deed as i thought that was the only option available. Turns out thats not the only option. I went into a Debt Arrangment Scheme which suited my situation better. If i could award more stars i would. Great customer service and dealt with my situation very respectfully.
