"Worst customer service experience."
I had made a business class booking for BOM-SFO-BOM and the airline had cancelled the flight due to Covid. After contacting the Airlines I was told that Vayama needs to initiate a request for the refund as the flight was booked through Vayama.
Vayama has been pathetic with their response. Not only has it been more than 2 months but also there is no timeline or response that says they have initiated the refund request. When I contacted Air India again 1 week back, they confirmed that no refund request had been initiated by Vayama.
In addition they have a constant voice message when you call their toll free number (855) 396-8777.

"If I could give negative stars, I would!"
If I could give negative stars, I would. I purchased tickets for my daughter and me to Bali for her graduation. We originally had to reschedule the trip due to an ankle injury where my daughter was unable to walk. It was then cancelled due to the pandemic. In my attempts to contact Vayama, I have been 'disconnected' at least 8 times. I believe they hang up on me. Originally, when rescheduling the trip, I was given the run around and told the manager would be in in 4 hours and call back. That went on for over a day until finally a representative helped me. Now, I've only received a partial refund back even though they've been telling me since April I could expect a refund in 4-6 weeks. They are incredibly difficult to work with and provide no documentation or proof of a pending refund. I filed a formal complaint with BBB today. DO NOT use this company. It has been a nightmare of an experience. Please learn from my mistake!

"Absolute worst"
Absolute worst. Made reservation in September 2019 for Icelandair. In July of 2020 trip was cancelled, Vayama received my refund from Icelandair 7/29/2020. When I contacted Vayama in early August I was told the refund was returned to the original payment method on 7/30/2020. After back and forth emails all through August, I finally threatened to file a complaint with the Attorney General's office in California and file a dispute with my credit card company. This is when they told me that the refund was rejected for some reason and they would expedite. I waited four days and then filed a dispute with credit card company. Today is 9/9/2020 and I have not heard anything from Vayama again.

Would give it negative stars if I could. My flights to NZ have been canceled and they refuse to give me my money back. Awful. I am disputing through my credit card.

The worst company I have ever booked my tickets through. I booked my parents tickets prior to Covid ban using their website, and the funny part is that its been months since the airlines have refunded my entire amount but Vayama chose to eat up my $200 for the flight getting cancelled. Wonderful Service!

I booked a ticket in economy class that came with a carryon bag. When my email from the airline came, it was basic economy with no carryon. Forget about customer service. They don't care and don't speak English.

I can't believe how many of us that there are. My mother finally got her refund but I have yet to receive mine. This company is a fraud. Many others say the same.

"Buyer beware"
Their customer "service" is poor to nonexistent and their business practices shady. Unbeknownst to me, one leg of my flight was cancelled, which entitles me to a full refund. Vayama claimed it was a "minor" schedule change and therefore they have no obligation to refund. Wrong - they rebooked us on a later flight with a different flight number. The email they sent only informed us of the time change and still used the old, cancelled flight number. I uncovered the truth by calling the airline directly. Vayama went silent after I presented them with the facts. Still trying to get the refund owed me. Buyer beware.

"Terrible customer service"
Terrible customer service. I keep sending email regarding my refund and all I do is getting nothing but nonsense reply. I will never buy tickets for this company!
