How can we get our money back from Agency?no answering calls or emails.
My flight was cancelled since March.
Can the court help with this? Is there an office for them?

"No Customer service/Received response back 2 months late"
Inquiry to my cancellation that was done 2 months ago due travel restriction and I just received an email, July 4, that they cannot process the change or cancellation because I had done it through my credit card. I was supposed to leave on the 12th of June and my inquiry was only responded AFTER my travel date. Imagine if I waited for their response, they would have an excuse to not refund me because my travel date had already passed. I would not be booking with them again and I hope everyone who reads this email will have some sense of how they treat their customer.

The worse place for your travel needs. I booked tickets for myself, my wife and daughter through them and they also charged $10 per seat ( going and coming ) for the trip which never heard off because choosing your own seats is totally free but this company ripped us off with $120 total for all three of us. Then due to pandemic and flight operation were suspended and only way to come back home was through US Embassy. I requested a refund for return flight for all three of us which they flat out refused because since flight was changed they told me to reach out to airline direct. Guess what when i reached to the airline they told me that since travel agent were the one booked the flight i have to go back to them for the refund. I have emailed these guys so many times which i did not received any response and plus their phone line is not even working. What a horrible travel agency i ever dealt with, i will be reporting them to BBB and FTC because im sure i am not the only one who they did wrong. **** AVOID THIS TRAVEL AGENCY ALL TOGETHER ****

Absolutely horrible!!! Do NOT book through this company. I am trying to cancel my flight due to the coronavirus and they haven’t responded to any of my emails and their “24/7” helpline is no longer in service. A TOTAL SCAM

They are using the current Pandemic as a way to scam customers.
They will tell you the airline has canceled your flights when in reality your flights will still be operating! They informed me my flight was canceled by the airline and rebooked it to the wrong destination and for a week later, without my permission. They would not do anything to fix this issue and put all blame on the airline. When confronted they fraudulently canceled my rebooking, stating the new flight was canceled due to COVID-19. From contacting the airline it was discovered that neither of these flights were ever canceled, and certainly not for any of the reasons Vayama gave. The airline also had no records of receiving funds or of rebookings. Vayama insisted that a refund would only be received through the airline and not them, stating to not contact them again.
Unfortunately for them I had paid with a credit card and was able to be refunded by filing a claim with my credit card company.
This company will attempt to steal your money, complicate your bookings, and ultimately cancel them on you, with the intent to take your money without providing you any service.
Avoid them at all costs.

My wife ticket apply to refund, but my daughter's ticket wasn't applying for a refund.
What I don't understand is that even if I understand that the phone service doesn't, I don't understand even sending the same answer.
What makes you so lazy?

I still have not been refunded for a flight that was cancelled in mid-March. They also refuse to answer my email attempts, or they send me a response copied and pasted from their website coronavirus FAQs. Ridiculous.

Worst customer service, they are all illiterate people replying saved answers again and again. DO NOT purchase tickets through them no matter what. I wish I can give them zero start. Terrible.
