I love small innovative companies, Boomf is one. I have sent cards to UK, US and Singapore. Each recipient loved their cards, and a few still have them as keepsakes. Recently I made a mistake on a date, not only did Boomf make it right, but gave me a discount. Lovely company!

"Disappointing......"
Disappointing....... Card did not pop up and throw confetti everywhere.... My daughter literally tipped the confetti over herself ..... 🤦🏼♀️ Card box is really small. Big shame really as for what we got, it's massively overpriced ...... Should have stuck with my usual card companies ...... Never again!! 🤦🏼♀️

"Poor product and poor customer service"
Poor product and poor customer service. Totally disgusted. The company should be prepared to offer refunds when the product fails as I did not get what was advertised. What’s more is I was interrogated on why I took time to raise the complaint and also that they asked I remove the birthday gifts from the recipient and send back for inspection. It wasn’t the contents that were the issue, it’s the experience of exploding confetti, given this is their unique selling point I’d expect better customer service. I will be reporting to trade and standards as this is unacceptable! I have had two photo bombs in the past which worked really well, I advise anyone to avoid purchasing the gift boxes.
