È la seconda volta che ordino da loro, questa volta purtroppo però non è andata liscia come la prima, ho ordinato il prodotto il 24 gennaio ma dopo 6 giorni ancora non avevo ricevuto la mail di conferma.
Li ho contattati tramite mail e Instagram su quest’ultimo mi hanno risposto dopo 5 minuti fornendomi tutti i dati e il numero di tracking.
Sono gentilissimi cordiali e velocissimi nella risposta.
Adesso attenderò che mi arrivi il prodotto e vi farò sapere se la sorpresa uscirà come la prima.
Sicuramente ordinerò ancora da loro veramente affidabili

"What is wrong with this company?"
What is wrong with this company. They send out discount codes. So you use them. But after making a card you've spent time doing. 4 times now the discount code has not worked. Now it is 9bvious that you should not immediayely use your 15%/ or other reduction as the site us slow and takes time to be abke to use, or else It does not work. Please beware! This time I complained about a 15%discount on a £12 card. They required so much information I gave up. They eventually gave me 10% off. Won't use them again. Or with great care.

"No envelope"
Card delivered, but no envelope to send it on to the recipient, is one to purchase a separate envelope? Waste of £6 for a blooming card. Crap, never again

I made a mistake by writing my name instead of the recipients on the envelope. I went back to website and used instant message. I talked to someone straight away and my issue was resolved so thanks very much.

Just received my boomf box today in very quick time for my husband. It was even better than expected!! Absolutely loved the exploding confetti, really different and unique. Just ordered a boomf sweets gift box now for my son for christmas. Thank you Boomf! Absolutely would recommend.

Spedizione arrivata 7 giorni dopo il compleanno. I coriandoli non saltano fuori come mostrato nei video ma restano fermi nella scatola. Pessima esperienza
