"Huge Disappointment"
I bought a CyberPowerPC hoping for a reliable PC, but I've been incredibly disappointed. It's been a constant struggle with issues like frequent crashes and unreliable internet connectivity.
While the customer support representatives have generally been professional, the actual results have been abysmal. Despite providing clear evidence of the problems, the issues persist, and I feel like my concerns aren't being taken seriously.
I wouldn't recommend CyberPowerPC to anyone based on my experience.

"The pc would not start up"
When the pc was delivered by DPD the driver just dropped the box on the step with a thud. When we opened the box the pc was in the box back facing down and front panel upwards. There was a small dent in the box also. When I took the foam out of the pc I noticed the magnetic cover for the liquid cooler was knocked off and stuck in the back of the pc. The pc was very cold and started to steam up inside and outside quite badly so i left it for 6 hours to come to room
temperature so not to short anything out due to the condensation. Everything looked OK and all cables were connected but when switched on the pc lit up and after 30 seconds the motherboard name popped up for about a second, it beeped once and then screen went blank. The pc then cycled through this every 40 seconds but would not start. I checked everything was correctly seated but still not working. Its Saturday night so I will have to contact cyberpower on Monday to get advice. £1800 is a lot of money and I am gutted it won't work.
Update.. I rang cyberpower on Monday and the support team were quick to help but unfortunately we couldn't get the computer to start. With no signal on the monitor they think the motherboard has been damaged. They were then quick to send me out a return form which I filled out and then was given a collection day extremely quickly for Wednesday. They told me they would repair or rebuild the computer so up to now they have been superb and I'm also super happy they are collecting the computer from my home. I read reviews were people had to post damaged computers back but not in this case. This computer was ran and tested by cyberpower before delivery so i think this computer which is beautifully built was dropped by the currier because of the damage to the box and the cover on the water cooler being dislodged which would take quite a bang for that to happen. I will update this review as it goes, but on first impressions, although I'm gutted it didn't work when I got it cyberpower are handling things well and I'm happy with their quick response and attitude. REVIEW EDIT CONTINUED, nearly a week later i phoned cyberpower and they told me my computer was fine with no faults and it started up fine and passed all stress tests. I feel this was strange as i tried starting my pc about 30 times with 3 different monitors and 3 different cables, and yes i had plugged the monitors into the graphics card and the motherboard as it has discrete graphics and just got the gigabyte logo for about 1 second and then no signal at all. I have built computers and know how to start them so i don't understand how this wouldn't start for me and it would for them though i do have a theory but i cannot prove it. When the computer came back i connected it up the same way as before and it booted into windows straight away. anyway i have a nice looking pc that is running great so all is good. Would i shop their again ?, no i would probably build my own again next time. I am happy with the pc and happy at the speed they sorted out my problems but it bothers me that i feel they might not have been straight with me about the problem with the pc. I know there was a problem with it but they said it was fine, with no explanation.

"it was easy to see the different…"
it was easy to see the different configs available to have 1 built. I rang up a couple of times to get advice and this was given in a friendly and helpful manner. I am now awaiting delivery of my computer which has been a quick process. This 1 is replacing the last computer supplied by Cyberpower and 1 of the reasons I ordered my latest from you as my old one has been reliable.
