"Genuinely awful experience"

I was ignored for a few weeks after instructing and communication was just awful throughout. Parts were forgotten, left out and we were asked for documentation which simply does not exist anymore. The whole process was a genuinely difficult time in my life and went horribly at every given turn. Whilst I understand that the sellers were unmotivated and were slow, our solicitor was just not doing their job. No help, unfriendly and completely uncommunicative. We were alone in the whole process.
