"Worst delivery service I have ever experienced"

Worst delivery service I have ever experienced. Had bought furniture that was supposed to be delivered with hunter express. First piece was supposed to arrive at 11am, I was waiting at home until 2pm until it finally arrived. Second delivery was scheduled for July 5th, and for over a week after the due date it was still saying "scheduled for delivery on July 5th". When the tracking finally updated the delivery to July 11th, 10.45 am, I stayed home from work. Throughout the day, the delivery got postponed to later and later, until at 4pm, it eventually disappeared and simply said "delivery is rescheduled". When calling the customer service, the lady on the phone was incredibly unfriendly, and just said "it is rescheduled for tomorrow, I cannot confirm it will actually arrive tomorrow either, you will just have to wait and see if it does". Can absolutely not recommend!

"Obviously just don’t care!"

Firstly had to call and enquire where delivery was as could see just sitting at depot for days. I also confirmed that they had received extra delivery details that this was for the granny flat behind the front house. Received an email the next day that item was delivered. Strange as I was at home. Had to go searching and find it is at the door of the front house. Had to then try and drag/carry/heave a queen mattress (in a box) down to my place. Package was marked as needing two people to carry but a bit hard when you are on your own. From all the reviews these guys obviously don’t care. Will also be leaving a low review on CATCH. Maybe if this happens they may start using different carriers.

1 month I'm waiting for my order which still haven't received.i did a lot of phone call to customer service who also they are really rude and keep telling you should wait today or tomorrow and still keep saying without a shame,they are not trusted business at all

"Not even worthy of 1 star"

Not even worthy of 1 star. My item has been sitting in the Perth Depot for 6 days. After calling customer service numerous times I was informed I could pick the item up myself and hung up on. Absolutely appalling “customer service”. I will never buy from any company using this courier company. Disgraceful. To add insult to injury their tacking app informed me that my items were being delivered today, an hour later it changed to “processing” I was told by a “customer service” representative that I was lying and that it did not say it was being delivered today, however half of my order was just delivered…. This is the worst company to deal with. It seems their staff have a degree in incompetency.

"Very Slow Service Parcel was picked up from the seller on…"

Parcel was picked up from the seller on 29th May, and in transit on Tuesday 30th May, we also needed to pay an extra $80 for postage and need this parcel urgently.
Hunter Express web site says transit time is 3-5 business days,
So far we have waited 7 business days not including Sat & Sun. a total of 9 days.
Just phoned Hunter Express 07/06/23 was informed I may have the parcel delivered tomorrow Thursday or possibly Friday.
If we don't get the parcel until Friday 09/06/23 it will mean it has taken 11 days including Sat & Sunday.
They should change their name to Hunter very slow delivery service.

"Don't trust them. They're driver is a thief"

Twice I've bought beds and they haven't been delivered, the first time the driver stopped out side then drove off. My bed was apparently signed for but this driver never left the truck. Do not trust this company! They're dodgy and they're drivers are thieves.

"avoid like the plague"

Picked up my package from the supplier a 100km away on the 3rd of May it is now the 8th of June and still no idea where my $300 item has got too. Their tracking system is useless never changes, according to it my package is still sitting in their depo. And forget trying to contact them, will not answer phone or email.
