"Customer service & website is pathetic"

Customer service is pathetic, no contact number or contact form on their website and the site is probably made by students learning to build websites. Not a reliable delivery company. Operated by a bunch of clowns. Been waiting over a week to receive my order from Melbourne, Australia post only takes a few days.

"Lost item, then lost replacement item"

They lost a rug I ordered from an online retailer ... I get that these things happen ... but they then lost the replacement rug that was sent. What on earth is going on over at Hunter Express? How could that happen twice? Horrific experience.

"Such an unreliable company,ordered a…"

Such an unreliable company,ordered a parcel from Melbourne on the 25th July and it said 3-5 business day delivery.I live in regional Victoria about 4.5 hours from Melbourne,my parcel was sent to Perth where it’s been sitting since the 3rd August.
Sent 2 emails to the courier (no reply) and rang twice.Can’t get any updates can’t speak to a real person and get hung up on.

"Incorrect Parcel delivered"

I had an incorrect parcel delivered to my house, the driver called 30 minutes later to tell me and he would be back in 2 days to swap the parcels over as I am waiting for a parcel. I asked if mine could be delivered today as my daughter is coming into town to collect it. I would like to know where my parcel is and if it is safe.

"unreliable service"

unreliable service. made an urgent request for my delivery but end up just been asking to wait, and it keeps delayed and delayed, and customer service said there’s nothing you can do. by tracking apps my order been on the final centre waiting to be delivered for a week. i don’t think thats how you solve the ‘urgent’ request from the customer. so not helpful customer service either.

"REALLY REALLY bad customer experience"

The company is so fake in their promises. They claim to have delivered 2x parcels on Saturday and we were eagerly waiting for the deliveries all day at home but no one delivered nor texted or called but the tracking number says they left a card/attempted delivery. Upon calling them first thing on Monday morning the customer service are so rude and insensitive. Do not use this company, really bad service and experience.

"Cannot recommend this company at all."

Cannot recommend this company at all.
After arranging drop off and instructions to contact, driver failed to do so and lied when contacted to query drop off; just dumped the delivery in a public place.
contacted HE and they didn't think the instructions mattered, only that I had given permission to leave the goods. This permission was given with strict instructions attached.

"Rude, arrogant, zero regard for your time"

Worst courier ever to the point that I've actively avoided to shop at the store that I really like just because they use this company for their delivery.

It's never been smooth experience with them, but in the current specific instance, they "missed" the delivery (even though I stayed home all day) - that's fine. Then every single day since, they keep telling you it's coming today, with estimated time that keeps changing by the hour on their tracking, until it disappears and they never arrive at all at the end of the day. Rinse and repeat the next day, same thing. You just have to stay home all day every day all week, and nobody ever turns up. I had to reschedule office meetings several times.

But THE WORST part is the arrogance of their customer service. When I called and respectfully asked for a new ETA date (because the website still said yesterday), she uncaringly answered "it'll get delivered whenever it gets delivered". As someone who has worked in delivery before, I know that "whenever" is not an acceptable timeframe for a delivery business. I pressed her for a narrower answer (this week, next week, next month?), perhaps from her colleagues, but she insisted nobody knew, then proceeded to scold me, went into a long monologue about how I had been wasting her time, then hung up the phone.

I was shocked, but mostly annoyed I had to call back and wait in another long queue. A nicer older lady picked up this time and effortlessly gave me a helpful answer: "it's scheduled for tomorrow". Suddenly a very specific timeframe! So someone DID have an answer. Wth was with all the attitude of the other person then? She assured me this time is for real. Anyway I waited the next day, nobody turned up, or sent me any message, or reschedule any new ETA. Typical.

People in this company really have zero respect for your time, and sound like they hate you. They don't have the slightest empathy and appreciation for your time. They'll sit on your parcel and will make you wait patiently at home every single day all week with their "we'll bring it to you whenever bring it to you" attitude, and expect you to feel grateful that they'd even talk to you. When they tell you they're coming today, they'll casually (and frequently) stand you up without telling you anything, and they'll scold you if they feel slightly pressured. They don't act like they even want to be in the delivery business at all, and will tell you on your face that you've wasted their time for being their customer. There's no redeeming quality about this company.

It's a real shame that one of my favorite shops uses these guys. Why on earth would they use these guys? After repeated awful experience with this courier, I've decided I can't shop there again even though they're the cheapest. A colossal waste of time and mental health. This has happened several times, and I always feel insulted whenever I deal with them. I almost have to beg them to provide the most basic service they can possibly get away with without getting sued. I don't know how they manage to stay in business thus far. I wish shops would disclose which courier company they use before I place an order.
First time I ever felt the urge to create an account here just to write this review.

Delivered from interstate within a week. 12 boxes, all extremely heavy (gym equipment) handled with care and very polite.
