Our Online Scooter company is an extreamly satisfied customer of Hunter Express. We can't praise them enough as they consistently go above and beyond. We use both their 3PL and freight services. The transition to their 3PL was simple and professional. All round happy customer and our customers are happy as well.

Customer Service extremely bad they won’t answer their phones. Continuing losing our stock. 8 boxes got damaged in warehouse but they only returned half our products. WHERE IS THE OTHER HALF. Victorian State Manager needs to learn how to give customer service

The Sales rep was fantastic, spent months getting our business.
In the first few weeks of using the service it was okay but then an item was smashed. I called to see if Hunters would accept responsibility and they washed their hands of it. Was only a small value item but the value was not the issue it was the treatment I received. Then the big drama to receive a refund etc. The sales rep suggested paying me from his own pocket but I declined as it's not his place. That's it in short there is more to it and I am still waiting on a refund and my account to be closed.
