"Buying from Carbar - a very good experience."

Buying from Carbar was a very good experience. They don't have flash premises, pushy salespeople and dolly birds. A simple warehouse and a basic meeting room inspires confidence.They allow you to look over the car without pressuring you and even pointed out some faults that they would rectify as part of the sale. Also, the cars are clean and tidy but not tricked up for sale.
I didn't use the 300 km trial not the offer to ship the car to my home to 310 kms away for a three day trial as I felt that Frank was not only extremely helpful, as were his staff that I met, but was also very honest.
I was right. Having bought the car and driven it home I found a damaged light fitting which it seems the previous owner had attempted to conceal. I sent details to Frank and he straight away arranged for a replacement part to be sent to me.
All the paperwork for the sale arrived by e-mail as soon as the transfer was complete.
All in all, a very good and enjoyable experience that I would recommend to others.
Frank and his team deserve to succeed.
