"Fantastic customer service"

From ordering fabric samples to sitting on our chosen sofa was a lovely experience with The Lounge Co, fantastic customer service, keeping us updated on our order which was completed before the 11 week guide, a big thanks to Stokers at Chester who helped us enormously in our choice even though they did not benefit from our purchase as it was a online offer. The delivery guys were great, again great customer service constantly keeping us updated on our delivery.The sofas are fabulous, great quality and they get lots of compliments and I am totally thrilled and recommending The Lounge Co to all our friends and family. Thank you.

I has initially seen an advert for the company on Facebook and was interested in the sofa's. I had a look for local stockists and then went to see the sofa in the flesh. I ordered the sofa online as I was choosing a sale fabric but was pleased that on ordering I could put the sales persons name from the stockist so hopefully they receive some commission from the sale. The delivery company that they use are really great and I was kept up to date throughout the whole ordering and delivery process even when due to illness is had to delay the delivery for a couple of weeks.

From visiting the shop, choosing fabric and selecting items for delivery , the staff were extremely helpful and attentive . Furniture arrived on time , no fuss from delivery men as they negotiated difficult stairway to our flat . Very pleased with purchases .

Very helpful staff. They let us try out cushions from different sofas on the one we liked so that we could feel the difference in the fillings. The manager suggested buying a few cushions so that the overall cost became eligible for the biggest promotional discount that they were offering which saved a considerable amount.

Myself and my husband recently visited the Islington store where we were assisted by Paulina. She was incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable and made the whole experience stress free and enjoyable (not something I expected when shopping for a new sofa!)

I recently purchased a sofa from The Lounge Co and the team at the Chiswick branch were great, in particular James. We talked through all my needs around dimensions/speedy delivery and James was great at going through all the options with me. He even demonstrated how the cube/flat pack sofa options work so I was fully informed. In the end I went with the Rose Speedy Sofa and it’s gorgeous. James provided fantastic customer service and I would recommend The Lounge Co to others.
