"First time customer service swore at me"

Placed an order, about a week later I get an email asking if I got anything. Call the number, said I didn't, they tell me UPS never tried to deliver it. Another 2 weeks without coffee, they claim it was delivered, I got nothing.

Last voicemail I have is their contact number person "John" saying "F*** you" and "You piece of S***." It was highly inappropriate and uncalled for. Now I have to contest the charges.

The website they have listed in Hoboken, NJ appears to be some large abandoned building on Google Maps.

I would avoid them.

I got to the walk up window and saw they had been closed for a while. The owners still came to the window and offered to serve me! They made an AMAZING drip coffee and a chai latte tea. I can’t tell you how engaging and fun they were. What a great addition to our dear Franklin.
