"This company I wouldn’t really say…"

This company I wouldn’t really say deserved one star, waiting two weeks with no email or update of delivery, constantly emailed and had back replies with no customer service what so ever. Then had a phone call after almost three weeks to be told they still have no idea where it is or how long it will take. They didn’t even know how long a refund would take. I actually questioned if they where a legit site. Cancelled order and went local. Please don’t use these guys

"Excellent price and service"

This company is based in both Glasgow and Wakefield, so if you are in the south of England like me, you will have to wait for your order. This is explained on their website, between 7 and 10 working days for delivery in my area. My order was confirmed almost instantly, explaining that they would keep me updated via email, one week later, I received confirmation of a delivery date, which would be 8 working days after placing the order. Their prices are very competitive and the timber received as good as you will find anywhere else. Order No. DS29650.

"Don’t place an order with this company if you need your timber within a 2 week period..."

If you need your timber in a moderate to quick time and you live south of the border it is my experience that you will have to wait a minimum of 2 weeks (and then be told it will be delayed further as their transport couldn’t deal with it??) I had to continually chase them up as I never got updates and everyone I spoke to passed the buck... I will never deal with them again and actually cancelled my order and got it locally.
