Tiles not as described order Brazilian black and ended up with light grey tiles extremely disappointed
Would not buy from here again especially when a basic colour is wrong

"Unhelpful company"

Unhelpful company hoodwinked by sample sent my advice is to do more research don't rely on their 'fancy' tile names nor the pictures and strategically cut samples. Their only response to criticism is to say well you can return the tiles if you're not happy - haha have you felt the weight they were unwrapped by the builder to check them they also arrived on a pallet so good luck with returning them in original packaging!! Won't ever use this company again.

Bought some tiles from this company a couple of weeks ago, layed them myself last week. I was a bit concerned about the wood effect wearing off the tiles, however after ordering a sample and carrying out my own product testing, i gave it the green light. The tiles arrived in good condition and were very reasonably priced, compared with other slabs. Also, the customer service was top-notch. Overall I'm delighted with the product and the service i received. Thank you.

This company have been amazing, I found the most amazing crackle green tile, then searched everywhere to try to find a similar colour (not crackle) and decided to order with them as the colour is just amazing and nothing else came close. Super friendly, very professional and kept me updated throughout the order.

"Delayed delivery"

Waiting for my replacement delivery after apparent breakage of my paid for tiles by porcelain superstores haulage company today. £40 delivery cost, yet never arrived. New consignment expected to be with me by Tuesday so I will report back on product quality then as fulfilment clearly needs to be looked at by the 3 founding brothers who cannot be disturbed by their staff when something goes wrong but they will happily send an email to tell you to trust them after you have browsed their site.
30.1.24 - Pleased to say that my complaint was taken very seriously. The company were disappointed to hear of my experience & are keen to look at what went wrong and sort it for future customers. The Tiles are amazing and the staff too. Once fulfilment improves its going to be a 5* experience.
