Innago is a well-regarded property management software across the industry. It is intuitive software, and once I became familiar with its interface, it was a breeze to use. I like that it allows me to create individual application templates, upload rental agreements and invite and screen tenants. Accepting online payments is very easy. The best part is - I can automate messages to be sent to tenants at appropriate intervals. I highly recommend Innago to Landlords and Property Managers.

Sometimes the software lags when switching between different tabs, which can be frustrating.

Innago keeps me up to date with documents that need to be submitted or dealt with throughout my tenants lease. I don’t have to worry about money or paperwork, Innago handles the emails for reminders greatly. I’ve recommended this product to my colleagues and homeowners. The simplicity to use is just amazing!

I own and manage about 20 units of residential rental property and looked at many options to take online payments. I decided on Innago because the
price was good for all the features. After using it for just over a year, I'm very happy with the features that I use - online payment, signing leases online,
and taking applications online. There was a bit of a learning curve but the support from Innago is very good whenever I had a question.

We have been using Innago for a little over a year with our first rental. From electronic signing to collecting rent, it does it all!

One of my favorite features is rent collection. It's all handled online! My tenant loves the ease of just logging in and paying. There are no fees for the property management team as Innago passes on the small fee to the tenant (you can change that if you'd rather eat the fee).

They also have a nice maintenance request feature. Tenants can log in and report any issues and even upload pics! Property managers can then go in and message with the tenant, and even note when it's fixed.

We've used the lease creation option once and it saved us a lot of time. They have various options for both sides, and when electronically signed it's stored for ease of access.

I would highly recommend Innago for property management software. It's saved us a lot of money and time.
