STILL NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, ORDERED IN AUGUST IT IS NOW THE 18 OCTOBER, THEY OWE ME £124.90p AVOID THIS COMPANY, THEY USED TO BE GOOD BUT NOW THEY ARE ROBBERS, THEIR EMAILS ARE ROBOTIC, AND EVEN THOUGH THEY SAID ANY REFUNDS WOULD BE WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS, THIS IS NOW OVER TWO WEEKS AGO AND NOTING REFUNDED, AND NO RESPONSE FROM ANY OF MY EMAILS TO THEM AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE COVID -19

Multiple emails, no response, until PayPal dispute requesting refund... no tracking to prove attempt at shipping or despatched.
Stupidly accepted lockdown delay excuse, But after 4 further weeks and no products, my patience has gone.
Escalating PayPal dispute after mocking response by seller... oh didn’t you get your order? Been emailing for weeks. Wasted time, money and energy ... just needed order.

Avoid this site! Very poor service, I placed my order ages ago. Part of the order never arrived. I’ve tried to contact customer service twice but they never replied to my email. No refund, nothing. The worst online shopping experience ever!

"Terrible company!"
Terrible company! Ordered a supplement from them before deciding I no longer needed it. Attempted to cancel my order in good time, so did so less that day later and asked for a refund. Almost two weeks later I have still not received a personalised reply, just constant automated messages! The messages are saturated with excuses blaming the corona virus for slow response times, when in fact this company is just completely unprofessional and inefficient. I'm absolutely appalled and suggest that you don't order from this company unless you want to be ghosted and have your money withheld!

I am currently having my case dealt with by Jersey Trading Standards service
Also I think the Jersey police should be contacted regarding this large scale fraud.
Update Stop press. Got my money back after Jersey Trading standards contacted them.

"Endless delays and no refund offered"
I placed an order for a supplement in mid August and after 6 weeks it had not arrived. When I approached them they said leave it till October 12th at which point it will be considered ‘lost’.
Having done that I felt I had every right to ask for a replacement or a refund - I chose the refund. But no they insisted I wait indefinitely and offered me a good will voucher instead.
I argued that, having bought an alternative elsewhere, given that the order was lost that I should have the option of a refund but they keep saying that it may turn up. Either it’s lost or it isn’t, one can’t keep pushing the boundary and definition to suit themselves.
I’ve asked for a new date after which they would give me a refund but they haven’t replied.
Simple suggestion here is not to do business with them if you want a reliable source, especially as my order was time critical for my health.
If Covid is behind their problems then they should say that and adjust their marketing and guidelines. However it seems that they have a bit of a history of slow orders. It wasn’t an expensive product but it’s a matter of principle and I certainly won’t be buying anything from them again.

"Total waste of time...."
First time of using Health Monthy. Website stated dispatch within 48 hrs - great. Placed my order and the confirmation email I received stated my order would be with me in exactly one months time - what?! Ok, I had placed my order in plenty of time before my current supply ran out.
10 days later, I get a further email telling me my order had been dispatched - what happened to dispatch within 48 hrs?? This time, the delivery date was a further week away.
I waited and waited. Both delivery dates came and went yet nothing arrived. Had to wait a further 10 working days before my order could be classed as lost so as to receive a refund. My current supply had now run out.
I received my refund the same day I contacted Health Monthly but would much rather have received my order.

I would put 0 stars if I could,have been waiting since early september for my order,they never answer emails!
I paid by paypal so I have put in a request for a refund ,in the hopes paypal can help (hope so!). When you eventually get a reply,they blame covid.... and email does not give you any idea when your order will be despatched! Dreadful company,just wish I'd looked for reviews first ,I definately would not have ordered.
