"Dire Company don't blame this on Covid19"

I gave this company a second chance, after last years failure for goods to arrive on time I thought give it the benefit of the doubt. Useless customer services, passing the book saying it isn't lost it will arrive when it never did. Lesson Learned no strike 3 for me, I wouldn't go back to this company Covid excuses or no Covid excuses. Other companies are breaking their backs to get their customers orders. I finally got what I wanted a refund thank goodness for paypal or I would still be waiting. never again. They removed my order from the order history so I can't review them. Well there is twitter and facebook watch this space. I don't want other people to fall for their Covid19 excuses. It didn't exist in 2019 and they where just as bad, just as rude.

"Non Delivery"

I placed order on 17th August and was given an expected delivery date of 23rd September. Sent email on 30th September ref non delivery and received reply to wait another seven days. I waited til 3rd October and still no delivery so emailed again but asked for refund. Got reply today 13th October asking me to wait seven days from expected delivery date. I have just sent another email demanding refund.
Terrible company and will never use again even though it is about the only place I can get one particular item.

Ordered 12th Sept and still not received it. Recent email saying its been dispatched but expect delivery on 30th October. Is this company a scam per chance ? I want my money back and I will re-order from a reputable company who actually deliver

"Unbelievable if it wasn't true!"

This company have always been slow to deliver items.
They also have the incredibly disingenuous habit of putting your order as 'passed to dispatch' STRAIGHT AFTER the order is placed - which means you can't then change the order. They do this no matter what time of the day or night, and no matter which day, you place the order.

So, my latest order was placed on 05 September, and at the time, they said the anticipated delivery date was 05 October ! - I know, a month from a company that's supposedly in the UK! Although they try and cover themselves by saying they have warehouses in different countries - well most countries don't take a MONTH to deliver to the UK!.
They also said things are delayed because of Covid-19 - SO many companies are using this an excuse for rubbish service at the moment!.

Anyway, I just checked my email (it's not an account I use that much), and they sent me an email on 25 September saying my order is dispatched, with an estimated delivery date of 22 October !
That's nearly SEVEN weeks from the order date!

Ironically, they sent me an email asking me to rate them here on 05 October L M A O :-)

Nie polecam, zamówiony produkt nigdy nie dotarł. Sam serwis próbuje nagminnie przedłużać proces żeby nie zwracać pieniążków.

"Scam don't buy in this website."

Bought a product in the UK WEBSITE almost 2 months ago.
They got the product from US, and thought that this information was not relevant for the client.
I didn't receive any track number, and now that is already pass the delivery date I can't even cancel.
The product was to be used months ago. If I knew that was coming from US I would never buy... as you can see down... I'm not the only frustrate person.
What I know this will take more than 2 months.
Avoid frustration. Don't buy in this website ever.

"Took 4 months to deliver!"

I am writing this review on 11 Oct 2020, I placed my order on 5 Aug 2020 and it still hasn't arrived. Even the one star is generous, I'd give them zero stars if it was an option, taking money immediately and then not providing purchased goods. Do not use this company unless you are prepared to wait.

*Edit: Finally received my order towards the end of November, so gave them an extra star!

"Items never arrived."

Items never arrived.. after 3 months and still getting automated emails instead of a personal reply. Still waiting for refund. Everything blamed on covid yet no other company seems to have these problems. Go elsewhere...Asking my bank to refund,everyone else should do the same..

You incompetents did not specify the content of the box in the papers and it got blocked at customs... 50 £ wasted.
