"Unhappy customer"

My order did not arrive even although I left it for ages before contacting the company. The first time I contacted the company I was told to contact the Post Office to see if there had been a problem with the delivery - there hadn’t. My next query about the order has been met with an email that appears to have been sent to all their customers who have not received their orders.
I have that sinking feeling I have lost the order and my money.
The company also requested customers not to write uncomplimentary reviews!!!

"Supplements never arrived"

Should've read reviews here before ordering. Order several supplements and after more than 5 weeks still haven't received. Contacted them and was told that I'd be refunded. Now got an email saying I have received a partial refund... how can companies be allowed to do this? Do not send items and keep part of the money? Nice tactic for making money. Thieves!

"Fake Company?"

I have ordered 2x Swanson Low Dose Aspirin NSAID , for an amount of around 20£. I ordered these items August 03rd 2020. Until today (October15th) I have not received anything. Every time asking about my delivery they told me in a standard letter the delivery is delayed due to Covid 19 and will arrive soon. They were not willing to reverse the payment and perhaps I will loose my 20£. I can not recommend this company at all. They ask not to write a bad rating due to Covid 19 situation, but I guess they want just to catch more money. I never ever will order something from this company.

"Waiting 2 months"

I was waiting 2 months and never got my order.
They blame COVID19
I beg them for a money return and to cancel my order but they never did.
Be aware of this company they take your money and never send your order,

"DO NOT BUY - SCAM COMPANY - TOOK MONEY AND NO DELIVERY"

Ordered 28th August - still haven't received items (it's 14th October now). I have used this company for a while and accepted the slightly longer than average delivery times, however my items were always delivered - except for now. Customer services are using COVID as an excuse which doesn't quite cut it I'm afraid. You can't blame COVID when things have been back to normal with respect to the post for quite a while. At the very least, notify the customer of the insanely long delivery times (nearly 2 months!) before they buy.

Shame as I have been a customer for many years, but will no longer use them after this.

EDIT - 11th Nov 2020. Still haven't received our items after 3 months . Have sent 4 emails asking for a refund which they REFUSE or fob me off. They eventually gave a credit for some affiliate website in which everything is out of stock. These can only be the actions of a SCAM company. I shall be reporting them to the Trading Standards and submitting a dispute with my credit card company.

"Do NOT waste your money on this scam “company”"

Paid over £50 on the 5th of August, still waiting on 14th of October for the package to arrive. Unable to speak to anyone at Health Monthly because they do not answer calls. It feels like we have been scammed. Beware of this “company”.

"Don't order from this company if you have any sense. Their Covid excuses are ridiculous. You will not receive your product."

I have sent quite a few emails regarding an order I placed on the 7th July. I have asked for a refund, but still have not received one. I have never come across a company with no regard for their customers. It is quite obvious that I am not going to receive a refund, what a terrible way to treat customers. I can only say that I will be letting friends and family know not to use this company. As you're lucky if your product even arrives, and if it doesn't you won't get your money back either. I suppose thats one way to make money.
