"Long Delays"

This is second review of Health Monthly. I still have not received my items ordered in August. I have written twice to the company and had no response. I am going through my card company to get my money refunded for the items I have still to receive as it looks as if the company is not making refund. I used to expect some delays as stuff comes from America but really why does it take almost 7 weeks from apparent dispatch to receive ziltch.

I bought products in June, im still waiting for them in October, I have sent emails for the replies to be a load of rubbish about extended delivery times, but yet wont refund. Avoid this company like the plague!

Do not order!! I placed my order 2 months ago and nothing yet no response via email. Rubbish service and crooks

Appalling company who lie and take your money under false pretences.
I placed my order on 17th August and still have not received it, nor will they refund my money.
Steer well clear and do not order anything from them. Shocking customer service. Absolute disgrace!

My order was accepted on the basis of the goods being in stock over 8 weeks ago
I enquired about delivery several times and was told they were coming and had been delayed due to issues created by Covid
This week they claimed they were lost and they were to refund my payment they had taken 2 months ago
I had placed orders before on a regular basis But will never deal with this incompetent company again

Ordered on 11th August, still hadn't arrived on 6th October. Refund offered and given promptly which is good, but price is higher if I want to re-order.

Have been buying from them for a number of years. Deliveries are slow but usually arrive. Seem to be having problems this year.

Postage charges to UK are high at something like £7.99 per item.
