"I was given a delivery time of 6 weeks"
I was given a delivery time of 6 weeks. I had just checked the date of the despatch email as I was aware of the time lapsed and I got an email to leave a review as the item should have been delivered. I replied to say I had not received my package. A refund was offered straight away. I had asked for the tracking information but was told it was standard postage so no tracking.
Only by leaving this review have I seen just how many packages have not arrived???? I am disappointed not to get the package and have wasted 8 weeks waiting for it. How can all these packages be lost??? Is COVID a convenient excuse? Suspicious!!!
Giving 3 stars as prompt refund. Will not be ordering again.

"First the long wait, then damaged health products"
After waiting a long time for the products, they came in 3 separate packages. First of them was badly damaged, rendering products unusable (unappropriate packaging in nylon bags instead cardboard package with protection).
After few months dispute through PayPal and after I wrote that those products are in the dumpster for months, they say they will refund me if I SEND THEM products back.
And they removed that order from my profile after i complained for the first time, so I cannot enter order number below. They think of everything, don`t they?
I can always show screenshot of my orders.
I promised them I will do everything to stop people from buying from HealthMonthly, since they take advantage of sick people with unprofessionalism and hypocrisy.
Shame on them. Go buy somewhere else, there are lots of honest companies out there.

How can there be order number when that order miracoulosly dissapeared from my profile as I wrote above?
I am done with you. All that lying and playing dumb.

"2 months is too long to wait.... Covid is a challenge for everyone"
Having waited 2 months for delivery, chased several times, no explanation now advised 'we'll give you a refund'

"I ordered a product on 12th August…"
I ordered a product on 12th August 2020. I was prepared to wait for delivery (estimated 21st September) as the pandemic has affected everything. On 30th September I emailed for a refund as I had still not received my item. Health Monthly responded by estimating a new date of 5th October. On the 4th October I received this invitation to leave a review, as my order should have arrived. Understandably, given that today is the 6th, with no delivery yet, I have again asked for a refund. The delay is not really the issue, it is the lack of communication and update on the delivery situation.
Disappointed Customer,
"Let Down by Health Monthly Again..."
This is the second time that I have placed an order with Health Monthly and I have been let down on both occasions. Weeks and weeks of waiting and the order does not arrive at the end and that is even before Covid-19. Their service is so disappointing and time wasting. NEVER AGAIN...

"The phone number does not work."
phone number is not a working phone number... alarm bells... They are not responding about items not received... they are not interested in giving my money back it seems.. so stealing your money and sending anything out. :( do not trust.

"Never delivered"
Order placed on 12th August and on 6th October I am waiting on a refund. Doubt this company had the stock when I ordered. Unsurprisingly nothing turned up. I will never use this company again.

"Customer Service sorted problem"
Update: Credit where credit's due - Health Monthly quickly refunded me once they'd discovered that my order had gone astray. Whilst email's aren't answered, Facebook messaging is. Thank you.
Like most other recent customers, I still haven't received my order. Payment was taken 2 months ago, but over half of my order remains outstanding.
Emails are received with automated replies - I feel sorry for the customer service staff, if there are any left. If they read this, please get in touch with me to resolve the issue.

"Still waiting!"
I have just recieved an e mail asking me to review the service that I had and I can only say how disappointed I am that my order still hasn't arrived.

"Successful refund"
I used Health Monthly for a reasonable amount of orders and had no issue.
My last order took from the 2nd Aug until the 5th Oct to resolve. See my previous posts, I now have a full refund. (Thank you HM)
I was asked to remove my reviews from Trust Pilot by HM with a statement its optional but with instruction on how to do this.
I have chosen not to remove my previous reviews but write another one.
HM was a good company to use and for some it might still be, but I would suggest before placing your order that you check where you order will be coming from and the expected delivery date so you are fully aware how long you can expect to wait.
Know that communication is automated in the first instance and giving Covid as a reason for all the issues. That being, increase in demand for products and reduction in staff, might I suggest that if there is an increase in demand for products maybe taking on a few extra staff might help because there are plenty of people out there in need of a job. And lets also blame the postal/delivery services, please don't, in my experience over the last 6 months they have been working longer hours and faster to the door and back to the van than ever.
My email communication with HM via my reviews have been informative and productive, just a shame direct emails via there website were not. It would have saved the 1 star reviews.
