Order placed on 2nd August has not been received (now 6/10/2020) and I have only received standard email responses. I can't cancel my order and I haven't received the products. Really frustrated.

Never recieved parcel after waiting 4 months. Whenever I would email I would receive the exact same automated email every time. Awful, don’t buy from here it is a scam

I ordered on 8th August and am yet to receive my products still. I have contacted customer services twice. The first time I was told I would receive by 28th September but it is now the 6th of October and I still haven’t received. I also have not heard back from customer services about this. They seem to be avoiding the issue now. This is not acceptable.

I ordered item 12/08/2008. Eta for this order was 21/09/2020 (from UK to UK 😳😳) I also be ask to be patient to 5/10/2020 because of COVID. Today is 6/10/2020 and my order didn’t arrive. Wait for almost 2 mouths for order from UK to UK and didn’t get it is below any standard.

"Beware of ordering from Health Monthly"
I received one of two items from my order which I placed on 3/8/20. Each time I email about delivery of the second item (which I needed urgently, and which has now run out) I get an automatically-generated email to ask me to wait another 7 days due to delivery problems as a result of Covid-19. I have to date received 7 of these emails. Everyone has been having a few delivery problems as a result of Covid-19, but nothing like Health Monthly is purporting to have. I can empathise when people tell me the TRUTH, but not when they repeatedly blame something , which is a groundless claim. In the meantime, they debited my account with the money for the missing item from my order. My last email requested them to cancel the order and give me a refund, but again I received only another automatically-generated email, so I am getting nowhere. This is the second order from them that I am having problems with - the last one, after a month of asking when I could expect the item, they suddenly gave me a refund,with no notice, explanation or apology. This happened during my having problems with my current order (above) so although I have ordered from this company for years I will not be ordering again in the future; BEWARE is the word I would use

I never received the items. I have had no help trying to find what happened to my order, my requests have gone unanswered, especially since I have asked for a refund. I would think twice about ordering again.
